Drew ate green beans for the first time for dinner! It didn't even phase him, he was getting frustrated because RJ and I wanted to take pictures of him eating his first real food (other than cereal) and he just wanted to eat.

I promised Drew that I would stop the daily play-by-play pictures but this was too cute with his monkey shirt on. He is a little monkey!!

Drew had his 4 month doctor's appointment yesterday! He weighs 19lbs and is 27 inches long! He is off the growth charts!! Dr. Garcia said to start feeding him veggies, fruits and we can give him some water!! He'll love it. We also have to move him up to a big boy car seat because the baby carrier only goes to 22lbs! He did really good with his shots, the first one he kind of looked at the nurse like what the heck did you do that for. Then the second one he screamed and turned bright red and he was still screaming during the third shot and RJ immediately picked him up and he stopped crying and that was the end of it, like it never happened. He is such a good boy.

We have to go to a pediatric dermaologist about the "bald spot" on his head from the scar. We finally found a dermatologist in Winter Park that will take a look at it. We go at the end of the month.

Other than that nothing is new. I started a new class at Webster towards my MBA. Of course, now I am trying to figure out how I thought I would have time to do it.!!

Another big milestone - Drew is holding his body up real good and he would do anything to be able to sit up...

Drew is 4 months old!!

This is Drew showing us that he can roll over from back to front now. He loves doing it - as soon as you flip him onto his back he rolls back over onto his belly.

Drew is eating cereal from a bowl and doing really well with it. He opens up big on his own and wants more even after he is done with his 4 ounce portion. He actually seems to like the cereal. I think he is ready for some veggies, but I'm going to wait until we go to the doctor next week. He's always been a good eater so far, I'm sure he'll do fine with it.

Here are a couple pictures from our vacation to the mountains. It was a very unrelaxing vacation - just go-go-go the whole time. We left on Wednesday and got to North Carolina around midnight. Thursday morning we got up first thing and met the family for a boat ride around the lake - RJ went fishing. Jen and Dan's campground has this "rock garden" for 4x4 to practice, so RJ decided he wanted to take his hummer over to it. Friday we went whitewater rafting down the ocoee river. It was fun, we've been on that river before though. On Saturday we spent the day golfing and let me tell you, golfing on a moutain is a bit challenging. Sunday we headed home. Drew was really good in the car. He slept most of the time.

This is Drew's new friend - we call him Lamby. He is so soft and Drew won't let go of him...

We had our first bowl of cereal this weekend! Drew and I both are going to need some practice before we get this right. First, I turned his cereal into sloppy soup! It was SO gross! I tried to stop him from putting his fingers in his mouth, but finally I gave up and watched him go from his mouth to rubbing his eyes and he then succeeded at getting the slop everywhere! My second batch was not so soupy, but by then he was over the whole ordeal and just wanted to drink his normal milk. We tried again on Sunday and I was more careful and the cereal turned out thicker and he ate all 3 ounces! AND without making too much of a mess. We'll just have to keep practicing and then we can move up to vegetables - YUM!

Drew is doing really good grabbing his toes. He's actually pretty flexible. I'm beginning to wonder when those feet are going to go all the way over his head! BTW - those are RJ's hairy legs - not mine!!

Drew has recently discovered that he can scream, and very loud! He yells as loud as he possibly can and then laughs at himself. One time he screamed so loud that he actually scared himself! RJ and I entertain ourselves watching him. Sometimes he opens his mouth to scream and nothing comes out, so that is funny also!

Here's Drew trying out his new "bumbo" chair. He really can't sit up on his own yet, but this chair is designed so he can. He has such a flat spot on the back of his head from laying down so much, I thought he might enjoy a new view. He is also sporting his new jammies. He had to move up to 6-9 month pajamas because his feet are too big for the 3-6 month size. We are starting to notice that a lot of his 3-6 month clothes are starting to fit snuggly. Great! He is only 15 weeks old!!

Drew talking with and giggling at Grandpa...

Drew with Great-Grandma Grundish...

Saturday we were going to go out in the boat, however we never made it. We spent the morning at Soundcrafters trying to get RJ's new stereo system fixed. So we decided to just hang out in the pool at my parents house. Drew got some new "cool dude" shades. He really likes the pool, he kicks his legs and splashes his hands. We will definitely have to get him in swimming lessons next summer!

Here's Drew just hanging out with Dad. He has been so smiley and talkative lately.

Yesterday (Monday) Drew turned 3 months old!! Time is going by so fast! He always is very happy in the mornings. So I had to snap a picture, even though he hadn't gotten dressed yet.

This has been a great 4 day weekend! Saturday I spent the day at the beach/pool and we cooked out and had fireworks. Of course I had to leave before the fireworks were over because with Drew at my mom's house, my milk was coming in and had no where to go! My boobs hurt SO bad!! Sunday I went over to Debary to visit with Jennifer. She just remodeled her kitchen and it looks so good. They also just bought the house across the street from them so they are painting it and getting it ready to rent out. We went to lunch and to the Sanford Mall. Good thing the mall closes early on Sunday's or we would have been there until midnight!! I love shopping. Drew had an upset tummy earlier in the day, but he ended up being pretty good at the mall. Today is the 4th of July, but we don't plan on doing anything. Drew is already sleeping before it gets dark out so we'd have to either keep him up or wake him up for the fireworks, but the noise would scare him and the bugs would eat him alive so we are going to skip it this year. No biggie - we have lots of years to go.

RJ and I were both off work. We spent the day shopping at the outlet mall in St. Augustine. Drew was so good, not a peep out of him all day. He enjoys watching all the people and the sites. towards the end of the day he was really sleepy and starting leaning to one side. Poor little guy was just too tired to even hold himself up anymore. As soon as we got into the car he fell asleep and woke up all smiles again! He is such a good baby!!

Drew ended the day by stretching his legs and watching a baby einstein movie (baby bach).
